Seeing DOUBLE!

NBHS Class of 2009 Senior twin brothers, Andrew and Anthony Freitas were photographed today for their individual senior portraits, we decided to photograph them together also, we’re sure this will be a favorite of their parents. You’ll be seeing both of them in one capacity or another in this year’s NBHS drama club productions of “High School Musical” and “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying”. The Freitas brothers are very talented young men…good luck this year.

BEAUTIFUL SENIOR SESSIONS!

Here is another beautiful high school senior session, shot last night in the historic district of picturesque New Bedford. Even though summer feels like it’s over, there’s still plenty of time to schedule  your outdoor/on location portrait sessions, we usually continue to book well into October.Pictured below is Class of 2009, Apponequet SENIOR, Chelsea Crapo.

August 16th Wedding

Congratulations to Sonya and Roger, the new Mr. and Mrs. Ventura. Sonya did an amazing job with all the wedding plans and details of the day! She created a very unique invitation and matching wedding stationary. Another really great job by “The White Bouquet” florists. While shooting their formal portraits we saw the most beautiful and dramatic cloud formations which made for a great background. Check back soon for their wedding hi-lites slideshow.

This week’s SENIOR FAVES

I guess you all know by now it’s “Senior Season”and we have been shooting some really fun sessions. The Metro Session is really popular this year…it’s all about your individual style and personality.

We hear that there are lots of imitators out there, and that’s O.K.! We’ll take it as a compliment. The whole photography market seems to be flooded with amateurs as of late. Digital photography has created a lot of sub-standard, so called professional photographers. For over 30 years we have worked full time as pro shooters…we are constantly studying and investing in Imagemakers. We hear the cliche’ often, about how you get what you pay for, and we really believe that to be true in the photo-industry. Experience…knowledge…technique and style are so important in the capture and delivery of your professional portraits and wedding coverage. Enough of that little rant, back to our awesome SENIORS.

Pictured below are a couple of faves from senior sessions done this week. Jessica and Caitlin, are both Apponequet seniors, class of ‘09. Jessica chose ‘The Metro” and Caitlin  ”The Got2B You”. When you call ask about all the choices that are available to you!

Thanks girls, three great sessions! Tell your friends about us…we still have plenty of available time slots open for your 2009 SENIOR session.
